1. When housekeeping does come they only put a few towels, do not vacuum, and leave only one roll of toilet paper where there are two toilet roll holders.

2. As if that weren't enough I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, Housekeeping did not knock, instead housekeeping determined it wasn't 'disturbing' the guest to CALL THEM ON THE PHONE.
