OK so our second round with the clerck worked out a little better, we (well mostly my girlfriend this time) told her that this problem was thiers not ours and they need to get something figured out and that we need to have a manager here, well at midnight, did'nt think that was going to happen so the hotel paid for a private taxi to get us to the airport.
