1. My partner and I both had an allergic reaction to something in the room and ended up having to check out early as our eyes and noses were streaming so much.

2. The free transfer from the airport and to the port is very useful as is the 12 noon check out if one is going to the port to join a ship.

3. They let me stay in my room for an extra hour or two while I tried to get things in order and let me use the lobby computer after check out for an hour while waiting.
