2. We checked into our room and found the ice machine on our didn't work, the pool was closed, the fitness room was closed, not to mention that we had to park a block away on the street because the parking lot was full of park and fly cars.

5. I tried to negotiate with Holiday Inn as it was 2am, they didn't budge, so I ran across the street to the Ramada, and they gave me a discount, it wasn't much but it got my business.
