2. The gals at the front desk were very nice and helpful with all my needs (no bags so the ammenitiies were great, toothbrush,toothpaste,comb, deoderant, you name it ) and they were quick too, about five minutes later i was in my room ready to relax.

8. Awful front desk, they didn't answer the phone, so, we couldn't get a shuttle we took a cab to the hotel, once there we were told our confirmation number wasn't approved, we had to call corporate to have them talk to the front desk, this whole mess took an hr.
