5. could not sleep in the dirty room ; sheets appeared to be unchanged; felt like bugs where thoughout the room; mattress had a huge burnt hole in the it ; had to check out immediated the next day without staying the total 2 days I paid for.

6. After discovering that my room was a dirty mess I tried to check out only to find out that I could not get a refund and they were supposedly booked for the night so they could not switch me to another room, even though the parking lot was only about a quarter of capacity.
