2. They only 'clean' the long-term rooms on Wednesdays, and if you have pets and are not here, you're out of luck for 'maid service.

Looks nice in the photos but that is all, having just completed an 8 day trip we booked this hotel for 5 nights before flying home, as luck would have it we spoke to a friend who lives in Denver for information, his look said it all; Expedia Information sheet does not say that it is way out in the suburbs of Denver, it's a Truckers hotel, no public transport into centre of Denver, only taxis and at $60 one way forget it, we had one day of maid service, even though we asked for another one, No Airport Shuttle Service, no cookware, utensils or dishware for the kitchen area in the room, no complimentary breakfast was stated but in fact there was if you liked eating off polystyrene plates/bowls, with plastic cutlery, plastic cups, no clock radio in the room, no plug in the sink or extractor fan.

4. The place also looks like it hasn't been redecorated since the early 1980's, and on top of that, the staff is a bunch of unfriendly hicks who don't know the first thing about customer service, but to give them a little credit, I'd probably be angry and bitter if I worked there, too.

6. The sheets may even have had some cotton in them, certainly a minority percentage, but proper and serviceable.
