1. Kingsize bed, good size bathroom/double sinks, foldout double sofa, table/chairs, kitchenette with dishes, microwave, fridge, TV's in living room and bedroom.

2. There were silverfish around the carpet/tile, the bathroom was overall needing new caulking, etc, the drape was falling down, there was streamer/tape from previous party still up, etc. It wasn't so much that it wasn't clean, it was just very outdated and not welcoming.

7. King size bed and a sofa bed, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, cups, plates, etc. The bathroom was good, with the exception of several ants which could be found crawling around everyday.
