1. The location is wonderful, with nice views of the Philly skyline, and you can easily walk downtown to the fountain, restaurants, and other sights.

4. If you need a conveniently located place to stay in Philadelphia that's not too expensive and don't care much about the facility, this place is ok, but I wouldn't recommend it as a first choice.
