7. The staff was helpful upon check in and it seems they want very much for the hotel to be nice, but the decor is horrible and rundown, the entire place smells funny and parking is a joke.

8. Having just stayed at the Red Lion Portland Airport, I found this hotel to be lacking in decor, hospitality, and in the non-smoking aspect compared to that hotel which I would highly recommend.
