3. The best things about this hotel were the excellent service, the delicious scones that they serve every morning in the lobby, and the $6 daily voucher that they give Priority Club members to use in the restaurant or lounge.

10. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in July 2009 and experienced some of the best customer service I've ever received at a hotel and I travel 2-3 weeks out of a month.
