1. As I mentioned, I could not use the Groupon for a Saturday night stay, so they had to make my reservations in 3 separate (Fri night 1, Sat night 2, Sun-Thurs 3) reservations, which meant I had to check in and check out 3 separate times.

2. Our room was discounted to 99 a night for the inconvenience and we were allowed an early check out because I would not wait to go home and get in my nice sheets and beds made with blankets and not some polyester bedspread.

3. When we did check out that day, the manager was not available and the front desk associates had nomclue what we were talking about.

4. To sum it up, we ended up checking into another hotel on the third night since the manager promised us a complimentary night which he said he will adjust upon check out.

6. I have stayed here when it was owned by holiday inn, now it is under new ownership that has no merchant id# and they charged me double the room and extra fee's on my credit card, meanwhile i have a print out reciept from my email, and the check out reciept THEY gave me saying it was only 133 bucks including tax and fees.
