1. The next day the maid cleaned and left no towels, which we didn't notice until stepping out of the shower in the morning and trying to get to the airport.

2. I don't know why they were getting a lot of bad rap about the service, but the maids who cleaned our room were great, there were no bed bugs ( first thing we did was check!) and the room was newly remodeled and clean.
