1. Parking is very tight & you might have to walk a good distance from a parking space to your room.

There are TONS of places to eat close by, including a Chili's, the best BBQ place in San Diego is across the street (per a local), Red Lobster, and many many more- there's even a Starbucks just down the street, and a Target within walking distance (although the lobby has a very yummy espresso/coffee machine, which is complimentary!).
