3. I would suggest a better array of pillows for the beds and I would also suggest a possible humidifier in the rooms, as I woke up both nights with major dryness.

4. Everyone working in the hotel was extremely helpful, always smiling and greeting clients, and when we made requests at the front desk (i,e, extra pillows), the were accommodated immediately.

7. A couple of nits - it`s a looong walk to the pool/exercise area, we received no chocolates on our pillow at turndown service time and the Fairmont hotel is RIGHT across the street (don`t change your clothes in front of the window if you value your privacy).
