1. Great staff, nothing too much trouble, bars and lounge very relaxed but professional, Blue Duck Tarvern fantastic (not cheap), Business Executive Suites fantastic corner locations with lots of windows, free laptop use (very handy).

Huge suite, very quite with a large bath and shower (I missed my tub at the hotel in NYC)Room service is totally over-priced, so for breakfast there is a place around the corner that serves bagels,eggs, bacon,croissants etc called Bread and ChocolateHere's a huge improvement, every concierge we dealt with seemed to know about every current event going on in the city.
