We were given a smoking room even though we had requested non-smoking; they said no non-smoking rooms were available that day, and offered an opportunity to switch the next day (who wants to do that with two adults, two kids, and a week`s worth of stuff?) BTW - we got some groceries at a full line Giant foods about a mile away up on Q street, which really helped us keep our costs down.
