9. I was also quite surprised to find wireless access was offered on the lobby floor for a fee; considering there is a Starbucks across the street that offers free wireless access, I can't see a lot of guests taking advantage of this option.

10. Restaurant in the hotel is not recommended but there are others nearby that are great, and there's a Starbucks right across the street which is key, at least for us.
