3. My only complaint was regarding the pool - the attendant was a complete killjoy and stopped my husband from lifting our 4 year old into the air and making a little splash.

9. The only complaints that I had, and I agree they are nit picky was the water pressure for shower was very low, although I guess that's to be expected on the 24th floor and the internet service wasn't wireless, so I was confined to surf from the desk.
