1. The only problem we had while staying there was rather minor.

2. The bathroom was also small, which isn't a problem in and of itself, but the vanity was very small, so it was hard to find room for toiletries for a family of five.

3. There is no elevator, and it looked as though handicapped folks could have a problem, but the management seems to be able to make things work, so maybe they can handle that situation as well.

4. Parking can be a problem, we had no problems the first night arriving back from dinner and finding a space in the car park, but the second night we along with a number of guests spent some time circling the area before parking on the street.

9. This wasn't a problem for us but if you go expecting it to be against a beach based on the name, this is a good thing to know ahead of time.

10. Parking could be a problem since the small lot couldn't handle more than 20-24 cars, but we were lucky.
