6. There are rooms directly facing the Aulani at the back of the hotel, and some on the other side, so these must be the rooms that everyone was complaining about.

8. The broader question is why is the housekeeping staff so bad that these issues are not reported and dealt with before the guest has to complain.

10. People complain about parking prices and that the rooms are old etc, the little things such as these are well and truly made up by the greatest staff in the world.
