1. (Why would parents even think it was safe to let a 18-month old use a hottub??) Italian restaurant on site had snooty wait staff, ridiculous prices and mediocre food.

2. I had used Marriott points plus $150/night to upgrade to a deluxe ocean front room (which was lovely by the way) - add to this the $36/night parking, $15/day internet and ridiculous prices at restaurants and pool bars - my lovely 'just about free' spa weekend was almost completely ruined.

3. And charging for printing your boarding pass? Really - an amazing and ridiculous fee - especially when you do it at a HAMPTON INN for free and even for award level guests.
"Exceptional staff, lovely property, good food, great beach & spa. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/1/2012 Vote
4. One day the maid didn't come to clean the room until 6:30pm, when we were trying to shower/relax - she apologized but it's still ridiculous for a room that costs this much.
"Needs improvement - not really worth the price " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/28/2011 Vote
5. I can only imagine that the hotel would have been a wonderful place to stay before the ridiculous Disney compound moved in next door.

6. $30 a day for parking (valet or park yourself same price) is ridiculous.
"Run-down, bad location, too expensive. Not worth it. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/25/2010 Vote

"I would never ever stay here again " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/4/2010 Vote
8. I am not a cheap traveller and I generally don't complain about prices, but I have had better meals at a Denny's or a cheap Vegas buffet than what I was forced to eat every morning for a ridiculous $29.
"Don't Go to Hawaii to Stay Here " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/7/2010 Vote
9. Food was way too expensive and the parking fees ridiculous.
"Definitely would not go back there. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/30/2009 Vote
10. Yes it's way too expensive (including the ridiculous $29/night parking whether you use the valet or not), but having spent 10 other days in Hawaii this trip, the whole state is much more expensive than the mainland.
"Good but Expensive " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/3/2009 Vote
