1. Also, the shower curtain was stained yellow, and we had cleaner and newer shower curtains at cheaper chain hotels in our 3 weeks trip in the USA.

5. Overall, I was disappointed and my experience fell short of the standards I am used to at OMNIs, and replacing a sofa bed mattress or cleaning the carpet to get rid of a large stain, are minor expenses that I would expect of OMNI hotels to undertake while awaiting these renovations.
