1. Although I was at first given a very small room with a broken air conditioner, we were later 'upgraded' to a larger room with working air, a refridgerator, and an iron/ironing board.

3. -Dirty seedy looking lobby-Dirty and very worn room-broken appliances in room (hair dryer, TV)-General unsafe feeling even when locked in room-VERY noisy- from bar outside, also very thin walls so noise from neighbouring rooms-very rude and unhelpful staffBecause of the noise we asked to be moved, and were moved to another room that had the aircon unit buzzing loudly outside our window.

5. CONS: All the channels were in Spanish so hopefully you don't have a rain day, one of the elevators were broken which sucked and it stopped on all the floors, there was mold in the picture frame, it's a little far from the main things on SOBE however close to Lincoln Road & Espanola Way.
