3. Upon walking into the lobby I knew this was the wrong choice of hotels - the lobby is divey and gross - and reeks of af stale smoke and filth.

4. We've called the numbers on their website and gave them the reservation confirmation number THEY SENT US in an email and we were told it was the wrong number and we cannot cancel our reservation without the number that they never gave us.

5. Do not stay in this hotel - We stayed for 3 nights and on the 2nd night we had clothes stolen from our room - We did not have our suitcases locked as we did not think we would need to in the USA however we where wrong - I spoke to the hotel and they told me they checked with housekeeping and that they had seen none of the items i mentioned - Extremely disappointed.

6. heres the key we checked the beds in the wrong spots they crawl on u at nite but they hide under the boxspring where the bed matress and boxspring are suported.

7. they finally give us a second room which we thought was better seeing how it had a better view,WRONG both beds in the room were infested with bed bugs.

8. Since walking down the strip we saw lots of small hotels closed down(economy I guess) but placing like this dump are still open something wrong with this picture.
