1. Bed was ancient and saggy, pillows were thin (but I love them like that) sheets clean, but the middle sheet (fuzzy blanket under the bedspread) was worse for wear - had holes in it, so worn you could see though it in spots.

2. -Dirty seedy looking lobby-Dirty and very worn room-Broken appliances in room (hair dryer, TV)-General unsafe feeling even when locked in room-VERY noisy- from bar outside, also very thin walls so noise from neighbouring rooms-very rude and unhelpful staffBecause of the noise we asked to be moved, and were moved to another room that had the aircon unit buzzing loudly outside our window.

4. Most importantly the rooms and hotel in general were clean (if a little worn, though most hotels in Miami are the same) and the rates are extremely favourable.

7. Yes it is true the fixtures, carpeting and pretty much everything in the building is outdated and somewhat worn, but hey, I went to spend time in the sun and water and staying on the beach.
