1. I was so mad she had went over everything else at check in as if you hadn't read the information that they had sent you but never mentioned the fact that we couldn't enjoy sitting in front of our room, enjoying the ocean waves,talking quietly at 9:00pm (her room was right next to ours) Location was great, but very rude owners.
