1. The room was a little outdated, but we were barely there so it wasn't much of a bother.

2. exceptions are this is not a service oriented hotel/beach club at all-no one goes out of their way and you barely get welcomed even at front desk-beware Sundays they don't clean your room til 430p but don't tell you-don't get a room near the roof-we had ants ruin brand new food-spa double booked me so I had to cancel-mermaid event for young girls/toddlers was not good/boring-Pools are not heated either.
