1. Internet was free - no issues.

9. You cannot use or put in your Paddle board in 'their Laggon' to paddle out of the lagoon - but you can rent their Kayaks and tramplolines to jump in the water - so the safety issue does not apply - also they have little or no fish in 'their Lagoon' smorkeling here is weak.
