3. If you are arriving by car, you should expect steep hills, lots of one-way streets, a lack of on street parking and (of course) traffic in Downtown Seattle.

But we found the hotel to be a little run down - broken lock on window, no shower fan, had to call to get shampoo (conditioner was there) and coffee (only had bags of decaf in the room), bathroom tile lacking molding, tub crinkled when you stood in it for a shower, and just a general need for more paint and care throughout the room.

7. We do not usually use room service, so I cannot speak for that amenity or lack there-of but there are hundreds of options all within walking distance from this location.

8. The only downside was the rather expensive parking fee and lack of a small refirgerator in the room for keeping some of the goodies bought at Pike Market.
