1. Elevator slow and very old.

6. The current elevators are old and pretty slow and I found myself running the stairs most times but that would not be practical if you were on a higher floor or had luggage.

8. It was leaking so bad that we called the front desk - they sent someone up and he fixed it to a slow leak but it was still driving us nuts, so we ended up turning off the main water lines to the sink.
