5. While the lobby, bell hop, and front desk area were all well polished, the elevator was completely dodgy (mis-matched buttons, jerky and rickety and VERY noisy, the doors opened before you were at your floor, etc) and the rooms were pretty average.

8. The hotel has been updated and the room looks lovely, yet very small, and quite clean, but the blinds, the attitude of the clerk and the noisy generators changed the experience completely.

9. I intially got a noisy room near the center of the hotel but when I mentioned this to the desk they kindly moved me to another room since there was space avalable.
