1. The only downsides are that there are no tea/coffee making facilities but there is a starbucks next to the hotel and the wireless internet access is $12.

2. It was my husband and I, and 3 children - with the only downside being that they do not allow rollaways in the room (there was plenty of room to put one).

4. The only downside is that it is a big hotel (50+) floors and the lobby can be quite crowded with overseas airline crews coming and going.

5. The one downside was the menu in the restaurant/bar in the lobby; while waiting to go home I grabbed a drink and found the selection for non-meat eaters to be limited, and mostly fried and/or less than healthy dishes.

6. We went to open the window to find out that the window was already cracked and wouldn't close the next day (downside to sleeping with the window open you hear all the traffic on the streets).

9. On the downside, it is of the dirtiest hotels i have been to (looks clean but really isn't) As far as safety concerns, not the safest i have been to in manhattan, but then again it is in a pretty secure area.
