1. Not only were they careless and inattentive but the day before my horrible experience, they irresponsibly gave my colleague the wrong pass to the conference which means that someone else was not able to go.

6. Accounting issues aside, they also charged me for a 'no show' for one of my guests because they had spelled the name wrong when taking the reservation - it was in the system with a 'B' instead of a 'V'.
