1. I would not be paying for it anyway as my company would pick up the expense but I hate it when businesses mislead people and then refuse to take responsibility.

9. Close to Farmer's Market which is a + Only complaints are of course the expensive parking, you can find a cheaper parking spot down the street (no overnight) or on the streets if you're lucky.
