1. Coffee is in the lobby in the morning, which was a little inconvenient when you just want a cup to start the day.

6. I find the area near the bart and market street too hectic, hotels like the fairmont too inconvenient to walk up the hill, union square area too crowded, but this hotel is just perfect.

7. The lobby bathrooms are on the second floor, which was a minor inconvenience, and the extra charges can add up (nothing is cheap here), but if you can get past that it's a really nice place with a helpful and attentive staff.

9. They did nto want me to be able to check in unless I used their valet (I was going to return my rental car) and so they made it very inconvenient for me to check in and then leave by moving my car so that it was then difficult to get out.
