1. My biggest complaint is the lack of coffee in the room; of course, there's a Starbucks just across the street.

2. We stayed over a weekend and it was the quieter end of town (a bonus in my opinion), the only downside was the lack of very early opening breakfast establishments around the area (the joy of jet lag.
"Great location for financial district and embarcadero " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/14/2012 Vote
3. And for some family, the lack of pool might be a turn-off as well.

4. Being a Starbucks addict, I simply 'requested ever so nicely' for my darling husband to go across the street from the lobby and pick my starbucks fix every morning:) I'm giving it a 4-rating, just because it lacks the complimentary in-room coffee (which some people might find helpful to have).
"Great location, hip & contemporary! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/4/2012 Vote
5. The lack of free wireless internet and the $10+ daily rate is a nuisance, but it is no reason to avoid this hotel.
"Great location and friendly staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/15/2012 Vote
6. It's got an 'upscale' look but otherwise lacks in character.

7. Apart from the lack of in room coffee making this is a great place to explore San Francisco being just down the road (about a couple of blocks) from the Bank of America building, and a short walk further on is Chinatown.
"Top locatiora although quiet at the weekend " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/6/2011 Vote
8. I went downstairs and the gentleman who addressed me answered aggressively with a lack of professional polish in his choice of words and tone.
"Stay in your room, and this hotel is fantastic! Deal with the staff? Not so fantastic! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/26/2010 Vote
9. What is lacking in the room is movie channels, however, the room has DVD player which you can bring your own movie or rent something for the night.
