1. The chest of drawers was also sitting unevenly, so everytime you opened one drawer another rolled out and you had to push umpteen drawers in until you hit the right combination to get them all to stay closed again which was annoying.

5. The only thing I would say is that if they give you a room on the second floor, make sure that it is not by the gym as you will be kept awake morning and evening with the loud slamming gym door which is very annoying.

7. Staff seemed helpful when we called ahead to ask about parking though we didn't realise you could park your own car and save on valet fees as the staff didn't tell us, which was a bit annoying.
