1. We tried using the bathroom in the lobby- it was outside and was extremely filthy and covered in pee- even my spouse refused to use it.

2. The carpets were filthy - not because of a lack of effort from the cleaning staff, but because of the grime from the parking lot - a vaccuum just can't clean that kind of dirt from old carpets.
