3. not granted I was standing in the middle of Frontierland when I was talking to him I by no means was yelling and each time I told him I wasn't he got more and more frustrated with me and then I asked to speak to someone else.

4. breakfast is in a very small room by the pool house, which can be a bit frustrating when packed with the morning rush.
