6. There was a rude guest who allowed his young kids to run down the hallway making lots of noise early in the morning and even when I asked him to keep them quiet, he sarcastically said, 'yeah, right'.

7. I called to make sure that we had chose the correct room when I did the online booking and I was informed by a very rude gentleman that he personally had never been to the website but assured me that the room I booked would be the room I get based on pictures.

8. I complained to the nighttime front desk clerk and was told he would leave a note for the manager in the morning, the manager was rude and had NOTHING to say in the morning.

9. The office staff was just plain rude in July, maybe they are just tried of dealing with teh summer crowd but if it were not for the free nights I earned for the fall after the last experience with the office staff I would not stay here again.

10. Stayed in June and had a great experience, stayed again in July and was treated very rude by office staff and the room was no where near as nice as the one in June.
