I went to my own doctor the next day and I was again told I had healing
bed bug
bites and to keep applying the steroid to my back.

and I had not left the hotel.

So, naturally the hotel manager, 'Nick' (who has also been mentioned in a previous review) contacted me and said they have no evidence of

in their room.
