1. The only complaint is that the hotel has an odd plumbing issue which results in loudly shaking pipes whenever one turns the hot water on past a certain level.

2. The bathroom feels no better than what you would find at a nice Hampton Inn - you've got a very basic tub/shower combo, thinning towels and pipes that make loud, growling noises when you're in the shower.

3. Also had a concert right by the hotel and they were doing sound checks throughout the day that were so loud that the Gartner instructors couldn't be heard in the conference rooms.

6. I suppose that this could also fall into the 'con' arena if there was a particularly loud performance and your room happened to be on a lower floor facing the harbor and pier six.
