1. We found the service completely lacking; for example, at breakfast our waitress practically threw the coffee on the table, spilling it, spilled the cream, dropped the eating utinsels on the floor, and when we went to have our omelets made the chef totally ignored us (even though there were no other patrons standing there) for about 5 minutes before deciding to acknowledge our presence.

3. Front desk staff helpful as well, while they lacked the enthusiasm of door staff, they were friendly and accomodating while at the desk.
