3. The casino area and all the surrounding restaurants were clean albeit after traveling through the casino or even spending five minutes, any non smoker will feel like they reek of cigarette smoke.

5. I'm not sure if this MGM property just isn't large enough or if there are just that many more smokers attracted to the casino, but it was pretty noxious.

6. If you are a smoker and you're looking for that last bastion of freedom than I guess places like the MGM Grand must be a great place to stay; but for non-smokers I can guarantee that it will bother you.
