1. The service is excellent if everything is going well, but if something goes wrong (like a theft), MGM does not handle the situation in a way that is apologetic and/or appeasing to the customer.

2. I've spent more time at the MotorCity so PERHAPS I am just partial to that place- and their buffet is soooo good- but, once again, there's nothing wrong with the MGM and to prove that I have many pics here to view from a recent stay during the summer 2011.

3. I do love the buffet and rooms a BIT better at the MotorCity BUT there's nothing wrong with the MGM - it's a gorgeous place so don't be afraid to book there.

5. I had problems during check in and at check out they had charged the wrong credit card, which I did not find out till my return home, BE SURE to get a paper copy when you check out.
