3. If Noise is a problem for you, then I recommend that you make a note of this when you book your room In our case, and after the first night, we kindly requested to be moved to a different part of the Hotel, and The staff was very helpful, and straight away they got us a new suite in a quiet part of the hotel, and they even asked if they could help us by moving our luggage for us.

4. Our first suite was located next to Franklin Ave, where the street noise is loud in the early mornings, and as far as I can tell there are five rooms at Franklin Ave, with street noise problems.

5. We quite often approached hotel staff when we needed help with directions, bookings, etc and nothing was ever a problem.

7. We had a bad start in room 118, but this was not a problem to the staff and management.

8. The room we had was huge, was in the annex which had steps to reach but not a problem for us - we did hear noise from next door a couple of times but other than that it was perfect.

9. The secure parking is a bargain at $10 a day and the fact that there are no lifts wasn't really a problem - there aren't that many steps and if it was a problem I'm sure the staff would have helped.

10. The complimentary continental breakfast was lovely and fresh and we ate that in our suite so the small amount of space at breakfast wasn't a problem.
