In fact the only time
noise
bothered me at all was when it got so quiet (middle of the night) was a garbage truck beeping - for-ev-ver.

I had street-side windows, and any
noise
that got through was reasonable for downtown LA in the early evening.

The room is always clean and I had no complaints about any of it, except maybe that the fridge makes
noise
all night.

I was on a room facing the street and there was some traffic
noise
, and occasionally some music, but it was always over around 12.

), the bedside lights were adequate for reading, the staff was very attentive(when we complained about the construction
noise
on the first morning, they immediately moved us to another room).

I also found the hotel a bit too noisy -- there was a lot of mechanical
noise
, squealing elevators and things like that, even though I was far from the elevator.
