The only negatives were a
noisy
elevator shaft or something(we thought maybe it was the wind sock on the roof), and the construction going on at the police headquarters down the block from the front of the building--so get rooms in the back if the beeping of tractors bothers you.

I also found the hotel a bit too
noisy
-- there was a lot of mechanical noise, squealing elevators and things like that, even though I was far from the elevator.

But just as other reviews said, it's too
noisy
