1. Front desk management was rude & uncompromising when I had a slight problem.

Service is icey cold; we prepaid for executive kings but they gave them away by the time we checked in (at around 7pm so it wasn't that late) and didn't blink an eye when putting us in a room with double beds; no apologies from the staff or even an offer to any of us for a discount or comfort amenities - apparently it was our problem or so it was meant for us to feel that way.

3. First day there I didn't get my wake up call, and problem was corrected immediately (previous guest turned off phone volume).
